Returns are eligible for store credit only.
We allow return of one item every 7 days.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt. Items eligible for return are unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached and customers are limited to returning one item per week. Just send us a message to admin@countisscouture.com to let us know you need to send something back. Our mailing address is 1000 Holly Corner Rd., Fredericksburg VA 22406.
SHOES must be returned with zero wear!

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands, but if you are missing a package let us know so we can help you find it before you file a claim.
